Remember when Britney Spears used to walk barefoot, eat Cheetos and shave your head?

Today, "Toxic" singer is back on top, but a bit 'of his past just does not turn off the singer ex-manager Sam Lutfi. We knew already filed libel charges Spears and her parents Jamie and Lynne, arguing that ruined her claims to have drugged and molested the singer during her breakdown.

But now Lutfi, who is still under a restraining order to stay away from Spears, wants to testify. But his parents are saying it is "mentally incapable" of doing so.
