Hangover stars Ken Jeong started the business with a song and dance with Nicki Minaj, but was no match for the British and Ri-Ri "S & M" post-performance dance in dominatrix gear .. . offered them the opportunity to seal the issue with a kiss to what Britney and Madonna did in his day.
Then it was the turn of Justin Bieber share the love when he later followed suit and planted a wet Selena Gomez after winning the Top New Artist.
Not to be outdone, Beyonce, who rocked the stage with a fiery performance of "Running the World (for girls)," won the Millennium Award, and thanked her husband, Jay-Z.
"This is a moment, I have to soak in because it's going to be, and it is one of the best times of my life," Beyonce said in accepting the award. "I do not want to put on the spot because I know they are probably putting the camera in your face right now, but I love me some Jay-Z
